The Samsung Android 11 Update roadmap has officially been revealed by the company. Here’s when your device will get the latest OS.
Samsung Android 11 Update roadmap – 2020
The first devices which will get the Android 11 Update are the current generation flagship phones, namely the Samsung Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+ and the Galaxy S20 Ultra. These phones will receive the update this month, i.e. December 2020.
Samsung Android 11 Update roadmap – Q1, 2021
The list from Tizenhelp and Phonearena reveals that Samsung will roll out the Android 11 Update to the Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, Galaxy S10 Lite, Galaxy Note 10, Galaxy Note 10+, Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, Galaxy Z Flip, and the Galaxy Z Fold 2 in January 2021.
The latest version of Android will be released for the Samsung Galaxy Fold in February. The company plans to seed the Android 11 Update for its midrange devices including the Samsung Galaxy M30s, Galaxy A51, Galaxy Note 10 Lite, Galaxy M31, Galaxy M21 and the Galaxy Tab S7 in March.
Samsung Android 11 Update roadmap – Q2, 2021
The Samsung Galaxy A50 and Galaxy M51 will be updated to Android 11 in April. The Samsung Galaxy A70, Galaxy A80, Galaxy Tab S6, Galaxy A71, Galaxy A31, Galaxy A21s and the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite are set to be updated in the month of May. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A, Galaxy A01 Core, Galaxy A01, Galaxy A11 and Galaxy M11 will be the next set of devices to get Android 11, in June.
Samsung Android 11 Update roadmap – Q3, 2021
The third quarter of 2021 will bring the new OS to the Samsung Galaxy A30 and Galaxy Tab S5e in June. The Samsung Galaxy A10, Galaxy A10s, Galaxy A20, Galaxy A20s, Galaxy A30s, Galaxy A 10.1 and the Galaxy Tab Active Pro are scheduled to be updated to Android 11 in August.
The last device in the list is the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (2019), and it is set to be updated in September 2021.
