Samsung has officially unveiled a new phablet called the Galaxy A7.
It has a metal unibody design, and measures just 6.3 mm in thickness.
The phablet runs on Android 4.4 KitKat and comes in two variants. A Single SIM variant powered by a 32 bit Exynos 5430 chipset, and a 64-bit Snapdragon 615 octa core processor. Both variants support LTE connectivity.
The A7 features a 5.5 HD Super AMOLED display, and has 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, and a microSD card slot. It sports a 13 Megapixels shooter at the back, with Rear-Cam Selfie, Autofocus, LED Flash, and 1080p Video Recording. The front snapper is a 5 Megapixels lens with Wide Selfie and Beauty Face.
It is backed by a 2600 mAh battery, and comes with a variety of sensors.

The Samsung Galaxy A7 has been priced at $600, and will be available for purchase at the end of the first quarter of 2015.
