First two devices from Samsung C series i.e. Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7 are expected to be announced on May 26. Both devices offer metal build and run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. We already have seen various leaks for both Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7 in last few weeks. Now we have a full fledged hardware specifications details and device images for Samsung Galaxy C5, thanks to TENAA listing.
As per TENAA listing, Samsung Galaxy C5 sports a 5.2 inch AMOLED full HD display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and is powered by 1.5 GHz / 1.2 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor with 4 GB of RAM. This mixture of a mid range CPU with 4 GB of RAM makes it perhaps the first of this kind and we can call it a upper mid range smartphone. It comes with 32 GB / 64 GB internal storage along with support for expandable storage via microsd card.
In terms of camera, it comes with a 16 MP rear camera with dual LED flash and 8 MP front-facing camera shooter. It is backed by a 2600 mAh battery and supports 4G LTE.
In terms of dimensions, it measures 145.9 x 72 x 6.7 mm and weighs 153 grams. We will keep you updated as and when it launches officially. Also, we have no information yet, about its global availability after the official launch.
