Just yesterday we reported that Samsung Galaxy C7 (2017) SM-C7100 is spotted on TENAA which reveals the render images of the phone along with all the design details and confirm presence of a dual camera module at the rear panel. At the time of reporting that, no hardware specifications were revealed on TENAA for the upcoming dual camera phone from Samsung.
Today, we have all the hardware specifications of Samsung Galaxy C7 (2017) SM-C7100 thanks to the same TENAA listing which now also lists out all the specifications of the device including the color options. As per the listing, Samsung Galaxy C7 (2017) SM-C7100 sports a 5.5 inch 1080p Full HD OLED display and is powered by Octa-core (2.39 GHz+1.69 GHz ) processor which in our opinion is the MediaTek MTK6757V/WL processor that also powers the recently launched Samsung Galaxy On Max. It comes with two RAM variants i.e. 3 GB & 4 GB and two variants of storage i.e. 32 GB & 64 GB. The phone also supports expandable storage via microsd card up to 256 GB and runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat based operating system.
In terms of camera, it comes with dual camera module at the rear consisting of 13 MP + 5 MP camera sensors along with support for full HD 1080p video recording while on the front, it comes with a 16 MP shooter for selfies.
The phone is backed by a battery of 2,800 mAh. In terms of dimensions, it measures 152.4 × 74.7 × 7.9 (mm) and weighs 178 grams. In terms of connectivity options, the phone includes support for Bluetooth, WiFi and 4G LTE along with VOLTE. The phone will be available in Black and gold color options. The front Home button must have the fingerprint sensor integrated though it is not mentioned on TENAA listing.
At the moment, we have no confirmation of Samsung Galaxy C7 (2017) SM-C7100 official launch date or even an estimate for the same. But a TENAA listing does indicate imminent launch of the phone at least in China. Stay tuned at Androidpure and We will keep you updated.
