After initially pulling down the promo page for the device, Samsung has re-confirmed the Samsung Galaxy M52 5G launch date. The successor to the Galaxy M51 is all set to make its debut on September 28th.
A listing on Amazon India’s website gives us an official look at the device’s design. It has a line-patterned back panel, with a vertical camera bump in the top left corner, that houses triple lenses along with an LED Flash. The phone has a large display with narrow bezels and a hole-punch camera at the top of the screen. The Samsung Galaxy M52 5G is being touted as a slim and sleek monster, as it is just 7.8mm in thickness. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button.
The Galaxy M52 5G was listed on a Polish retailer’s site, which revealed more about the device’s specs. According to the page, the phone’s screen is a 6.7-inches Full HD+ panel that supports 120Hz refresh rate, and has a 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone runs on Android 11 with One UI, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 776G 5G mobile platform (SM7325), with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
The main camera set up on the phone comprises a 64MP primary lens, a 12MP ultra-wide angle snapper, and a 5 megapixels macro sensor. The selfie lens on the device is a 32MP shooter. The battery on the phone is a 5,000mAh cell, and is probably the reason why the phone weighs 175g. We expect the device to be priced at around Rs. 30,000 in India.
