We are just a week away from the official unveiling of Samsung Galaxy Note8 on August 23, yet the rumor mills are in no mood to stop. Thanks to numerous leaks and rumors, we know almost everything about Galaxy Note8. Today, Samsung Galaxy Note8 is spotted on two benchmarking portal Antutu and GFXBench, confirming the already leaked hardware specifications.
As per Antutu listing, Samsung Galaxy Note8 with model number SM-N9500 sports a display with a resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels which means the Infinite display and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 along with Adreno 540 and 6 GB of RAM. It comes with 64 GB of internal storage and runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat based operating system. In terms of camera, it comes with a 12 MP main rear camera and another 8 MP front shooter for selfies, though recent reports from Korea indicate that Galaxy Note8 features a 13MP + 12 MP Dual rear camera module with OIS & 2X optical zoom.
Whereas GFXBench listing of Samsung Galaxy Note8 comes with same model number of SM-N9500. As per the listing, Note 8 features a 6.4 inch display with a resolution of 2960 x 1440 which is different from the resolution that we saw in Antutu Benchmark above. The phone is powered by 2.3 GHz Octa-core Samsung Exynos processor along with Mali G71 GPU. Rest of the specifications from GFXBench matches with that from Antutu benchmark listing.
Both of these benchmark listing doesn’t reveal any details about battery though recent rumors suggests that the phone is backed by 3300 mAh battery.
