The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE Android 13 Update has been released. The South Korean electronics giant had delivered the update to the Galaxy S20, S20+ and S20 Ultra recently before rolling it out to the FE.
What’s new in the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE Android 13 Update
The firmware brings OneUI 5.0 to the Galaxy S20FE. It ships with the November security patch from Google, along with various improvements.
Per a screenshot shared by SamMobile, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE Android 13 Update weighs about 2GB in size to download. The firmware’s version number is G780FXXUAEVK3. It is only available for the Exynos 990 Galaxy S20 FE, Samsung is yet to release the update for the Snapdragon variant.
This is the third major OS update that Samsung has provided for the phone that was launched in 2020, with Android 10 out of the box. So, the Android 13 Update could be the last major update that the company releases for the Galaxy S20 FE.
The update may take a while to reach you as it is rolled out. You can check for the update manually by opening the Settings page, and navigate to the Software Update, and tap on the Download and install button. The OTA is currently available for users in Russia, and could be rolled out to other regions in the coming days.
