The Samsung Galaxy S21 launch date has been officially confirmed. The company announced the news through a press release on its website. The invite also teases the design of the camera module.
This is what the teaser image looks like. The invite page also features a video of the camera array.
But we don’t need that since there have been a flood of leaks recently, that revealed the design, specifications and the price of the upcoming flagship devices.
Samsung Galaxy S21 launch date
Without further ado, the Samsung Galaxy S21 launch date has been set for January 14th. This lines up with a previous leak that we came across last year. The Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2021 event will be streamed live at 10 AM EST on Samsung.com.
Samsung is expected to announce three new phones namely, the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus and Galaxy S21 Ultra. While the first 2 devices will reportedly have plastic back panels and flast displays, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will feature a glass back, an extra camera, an additional optical sensor, and a curved display. In addition to this the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will support the S-Pen, though the accessory will be sold separately. Speaking of which, word on the internet is that the upcoming devices will not include a charger in the box.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 launch date is only about 10 days away, so we don’t have to wait too long to find if the rumours were accurate.
