Key Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra specs have been leaked. It appears that Samsung is going all out for its next big flagship.

The handset will be equipped with a WQHD display, which is basically 2K in resolution. The screen is reportedly an LTPO (Low-Temperature Polycrystalline Oxid) AMOLED panel. The Ultra’s screen has a refresh rate of 120Hz.
The phone will support 45W fast charging to top up its battery.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra specs sheet leaked by IceUniverse says that the phone will feature an 108MP main camera with a HM3 image sensor. The tipster also mentions that the phone will have bezels which are equal in terms of width.

Prior leaks have hinted that the S21 Ultra could sport 5 optical sensors on the rear. The standard Galaxy S21 on the other hand will have triple cameras, a flat screen with a punch-hole selfie camera.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is expected to be announced in mid-January alongside the regular Galaxy S21 and the Galaxy S21+, and will start shipping at the end of January.
