Samsung is expected to officially unveil their next flagship smartphones i.e. Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ on March 29. Rumor mills have churned fast, producing alleged Renders, Real images and technical specifications of Samsung Galaxy S8 till date including a hands-on Video and set of images have hands-on real images. In addition to these leaks, we now have alleged official press render of Galaxy S8 thanks to leakster @evleaks. This alleged press render of Galaxy S8 from @evleaks gives us full view of the front display and its design. It shows the huge display and seems bit tall thanks to rumored odd aspect ratio of 18.5:9 . It shows the lock screen with the date of March 29 which is basically the official launch date.
The alleged leaked render is followed by alleged real images of Galaxy S8 getting leaked via BGR which show the Galaxy S8. These images though doesn’t show the back panel or the main rear camera but just the front display along with sides including the USB C type port. On Screen navigation buttons are visible on the bottom of display and no home button is present.
Apart from the leaked render and real images, Galaxy S8+ is spotted on benchmarking portal Geekbench. The geekbench listing comes with model number Samsung SM-G955U and reveal some of the basic technical specification of the flagship device which matches with earlier rumors. As per geekbench, Samsung SM-G955U or Galaxy S8+ is powered by Qualcomm MSM8998 i.e. Snapdragon 835 processor clocked at 1.90 GHz along with 4 GB of RAM and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat based operating system.
Under the hood, Galaxy S8 and S8+ is rumored to come with 5.8 inch / 6.2 inch display, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 / Exynos processor along with 4 GB / 6 GB of RAM with at least 64 GB of internal storage. The smaller 5.8-inch variant is backed by 3000 mAh battery, while the bigger 6.2-inch variant is backed by a 3500 mAh battery.
