The Tabet which once shipped with Honeycomb is getting a taste of Jelly Bean.
According to a report by SamMobile blog, the Tablet has started recieving the Jelly Bean update in Austria.
This comes as a surprise as the Tablet was launched way back in October 2011 and served as the predecessor for the Galaxy Tab 2.
The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus last received an update for the firmware in August last year when Samsung began pushing Ice Cream Sandwich to its users.
And now it looks like they have begun pushing Jelly Bean for the tablet, while we don’t have any images showing 4.1.2 running on the tablet we do have some information about the firmware build.
Information about the updated firmware:
Android 4.1.2
Build Date: March 25
Changlog list: 7086701
PDA: P6200XXMC3
CSC: P6200OXAMC3
Since the update is only available in Austria for now, it seems they are testing the update before releasing it for other Countries.
If you have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and have the latest firmware post a link to your screenshot displaying the build number, in the comment section below.
