One of the major feature that makes Samsung Galaxy Note 3 unique from other devices being the S-Pen experience that comes with the device. But its was too expensive for most of the consumers. It seems Samsung did notice the demand of S-Pen experience with Galaxy Note, but at a cheaper Price. Galaxy Note 3 Neo is the result of this thought from Samsung. Galaxy Note 3 Neo is almost like the Note 3 but with a lower hardware configuration and still having the S-Pen experience too.
The device is released as two different models i.e 1st one being the “3G” (HSPA+ 21 Mbps) model and another being the one with LTE connectivity. The Note 3 Neo LTE model is powered by a hexa-core processor consisting of two 1.7GHz Cortex-A15 cores and four 1.3GHz Cortex-A7 cores while the 3G model is powered by a yet to be named 1.6GHz quad-core processor.
Both models come with a bit smaller 5.5″ 720p display compared with the original Note 3 and also with a 8MP rear primary camera. If you remember, original Note 3 features a 1080p display and a 13MP camera instead of just 8MP camera. In terms of RAM too, both models features 2GB of RAM and powered by a battery of 3,100mAh capacity with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean running on top of it as operating System.
In terms of internal storage, they come with 16GB of internal memory and support for micro SD cards up to GB.The device comes with the S-Pen experience and software or features like Multi-window, Air Command, S Note and more.
Price and Availability
We are yet to hear anything about the pricing part. Samsung is planning a global roll out of the device next month and will be available in black, white or green colour.
But if you stay in UK or US, there is some bad news. Samsung has no plans yet to roll out this device in United states and UK.
