Sony has launched a premium phablet, called the Xperia C5 Ultra, in India.
The device flaunts a massive 6-inch Full HD Display, with Mobile BRAVIA® Engine 2, and a Super Vivid Mode.
The C5 Ultra runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop, and is powered by a 64-bit octa-core 1.7 GHz MediaTek MTK6752 processor, coupled with 2GB RAM and an ARM Mali760 MP2 700 MHz GPU.
The phone has 16GB of internal storage, and supports up to 200 GB of expandable storage. The Sony Xperia C5 Ultra sports identical cameras on the front and the rear, the lens of which is a 13 megapixel Sony Exmor RS. The rear camera comes with a LED Flash, while the front camera has a Selfie Flash. Both cameras support with autofocus, SteadyShot, Superior Auto, 25 mm wide-angle lens with an 88 degree field of view, 4x Digital Zoom and Full HD Video Recording.
The C5 Ultra has an aluminium frame and and comes in three colours: Black,White and a Glossy Softmint. The phone measures at 164.2 x 79.6 x 8.2 mm, and weighs at 187 g. The device is backed by a 2,930 mAh battery, and supports Dual SIM cards, 4G LTE, aGPS, GLONASS, NFC, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1, FM Radio with RDS network connectivity.
The Sony Xperia C5 Ultra has been priced at Rs. 29,990 in India, and will be available from stores, from the 26th of August.
