Sony has just announced Sony Xperia T3 which appears to be a mid range Android smartphone. Xperia T3 sports a 5.3-inch HD TRILUMINOS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels along with Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2. It is powered by 1.4 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 (MSM8928) along with Adreno 305 GPU supported by 1 GB RAM and Android 4.4 Kitkat running on top of it as its Operating System.
In terms of camera, it comes with both front and rear camera i.e. 8MP rear camera with Sony Exmor RS sensor, LED flash, 1080p video recording and 1.1MP HD front-facing camera. It comes with an internal storage of 8 GB along with support for Micro SD cards upto 32 GB.
Sony claims it to be the thinnest 5.3 inch smartphone and is just 7 mm thick. It weighs 148 gms.
In terms of battery the device is powered by 2500 mAh Battery giving you a standby time of up to 688 hours or Music listening time of up to 63 hours 30 min or Video playback time of up to 8 hours 14 min or talk time of up to 12 hours 46 min.

Sony is yet to announce the pricing details of the device. Xperia T3 will be launching globally around the end of July 2014 and will be available in Black, White and Purple colors .
