Sony has just announce the new Xperia z3+ smartphone which is basically the Xperia z4 which was announced in Japan just last month. Xperia z3+ sports a 5.2-inch full HD IPS Display with resolution of 1920 x 1080 powered by 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor (Quad-core 2.0 GHz + Quad core 1.5 GHz) supported by 3 GB of RAM.
It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop as operating system and comes with 32 GB of internal storage along with support for expandable memory via micro sd cards up to 128 GB .
The smartphone comes with a 20.7 Megapixel camera with a Exmor Sensor, and a 24mm wide-angle 5 megapixel front camera. It is dust proof (IP6 certified) and water proof (IP5 and IP8 certified).
The Xperia Z3+ has a polished aluminium frame made with a combination of glass material and has a transparent resin in the corners. The device weighs about 144 g, and measures 146 × 72 × 6.9 mm. It is powered by a 2,930 mAh battery.
Price and Availability
Xperia Z3+ will launch globally from June 2015 in both Single SIM and Dual SIM variants. The price will be known when they launch in respective global markets.
