We had covered the previous update of Subway Surfers, which introduced the World Tour feature in the popular endless runner game.
After New York, now its time for the second destination in the World Tour, Rio.And it’s not just a location that’s new, the developers have added some cool hoverboards and a new powerup -The Score Booster, for starters they give you 3 for free. You can get more by playing the game (from mystery boxes) and the in-game store. They work in the same way as headstarts because you can only activate them at the beginning of the run, which will increase your multiplier by 5.
Headstarts have been upgraded to Mega- headstarts (including the ones you already have) and can also be obtained from mystery boxes and the in-game store. They also added a new character for you to unlock, Carmen.
