IPL 2013 is here, and I am talking about the game mode in Super Cricket.
The long awaited mode allows you to play as any of the 9 teams in IPL 2013 and lead them to victory.
Super Cricket, as the name suggests is a Cricket game for Android with various game modes.
The list of game modes in Super Cricket are:
Slog Fest
Super Sixes
IPL 2013
The Border Gavaskar Trophy
Slogfest is basically smashing fours and sixes and trying to beat your high score. The Border Gavaskar Trophy allows you to play four test match modes, its basically finishing a set of scenarios. And they are quite challenging. The other modes are self- explanatory.
Here is the change-log for the latest version:
Play as any of the 9 franchises against all the other teams
Nail biting finishes guaranteed in this new faster-paced mode
You still can’t play as the bowling team though. But chasing a big total is fun. And I lost the first match by 8 runs.
All the batsmen in this game are Right handed, even the real life southpaws. Well I suppose it can be a joke. Unfortunately the developer had to remove the “West Indies tour of Australia” mode to keep the game size minimum. That’s too bad. I really enjoyed the challenge although I never managed to win the Bravo brother’s partnership challenge. Well I hope they add it back soon.
Here is a video trailer of the game:
You can download the game for free from Google Play. It doesn’t have any ads.
