Viber, the popular IM and VOIP app, has finally been updated with a new interface with a Material Design.
The above screenshot shows the new UI of the app.
And this is what it looked like before the update, a bit clunky, and very outdated.
The Calls, Contacts and Chats tabs have proper names instead of icons, and there is a new sidebar, which you can access by tapping on the hamburger menu in the top left corner. This houses shortcuts to various settings in the app. The Stickers tab now blends in with the white background.
Viber has launched a new app called Wink, which lets you send pictures and videos to your contact, and once they have viewed it, it is deleted automatically. Oh Snap, which chat app does this remind me of?
