The Vivo S5 design has been revealed in an official press render. And we got to admit, the device looks stunning.
Vivo S5 design analysis
The phone has a notch-less design, because it features a punch-hole camera which is placed in the top-right corner of the display. The Vivo S5 has minimal bezels, and a very slight chin, which should offer an immersive experience.
Also seen on the screen is an in-display fingerprint scanner which has a unique looking diamond shaped icon. Speaking of which, turning over to the rear and the Vivo S5 design continues to impress with a two-tone finish. There’s a diamond shaped camera bump which houses three cameras and an LED Flash. A fourth sensor is placed below the camera bump to round off a quad rear camera setup.
Apart from the render posted on Weibo, a TENAA listing for the phone has revealed the Vivo S5 specs, and it comprises a 48MP camera along with 8MP, 5MP and 2MP lenses. We think that the primary lens could be the Samsung GM1 sensor.
The selfie lens on the phone is a 32MP camera. The Vivo S5’s display is a 6.44-inch Full HD+ screen. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 chipset with 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and is backed by a 4,010 mAh battery
