Vivo is set to launch two new smartphones Vivo V7 and Vivo V7+ on 7th September 2017 at an event in Mumbai India. These two devices are expected to be selfie focussed smartphones as Vivo V5 and Vivo V5+ are. If you remember, Vivo V5 and Vivo V5+ comes with 20 MP front selfie cameras with the plus variant having a dual camera at the front (20 MP + 8 MP). Vivo V7 and Vivo V7+ are expected to offer improved front selfie cameras and a new poster leaked suggests that both these device will feature a 24 MP front selfie camera. Out of these two, the plus variant is expect to feature 24 MP dual front camera. We are not sure about the secondary sensor at the moment.
The leaked poster below clearly mentions that both V7 and V7+ will feature a “24MP Clearer Selfie” camera. The poster also confirms the infinity display with 18:9 aspect ratio, similar to what we have seen in Galaxy S8 / S8+ and Note8. Apart from the camera details, we do not have more details about Vivo V7 / V7+ hardware specifications.
Coming to the existing Vivo V5 Plus, it features a 5.5-inch full HD 1080p display, powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage running Funtouch OS 3.0 (based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system).
