Vivo is set to officially launch a new mid-range smartphone in China as Vivo X27 on 19th March 2019. The launch teaser is officially teased by Vivo China which reveals the launch date for China.

The company has also teased an official render of the upcoming device which reveals the design of the phone along with details of the rear camera. The teaser reveals that Vivo X23 features a popup camera module for selfies while there is a triple camera module at the rear. OUt of the three camera sensors at the rear, the primary sensor is the 48MP sensor that we have seen in many devices launched recently.
It appears that Vivo X27 is the rebranded Vivo V15 Pro which launched recently in India, with a slight difference in hardware specifications. Looking at the official render of Vivo X27, it looks exactly similar to Vivo V15 Pro in terms of design and looks.
A Vivo smartphone with the model number V1829T is already certified on TENAA revealing the hardware specifications. Based on the TENAA listing, it features a triple camera module at rear consisting of a 48MP primary sensor along with 13MP & 5MP sensor. The listing also revealed a 6.39-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 × 2340 pixels. It is powered by an octa-core processor clocked at 2.2 GHz along with 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of internal storage. The phone runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) based operating system.
