As we reported, Vivo is going to announce two new devices i.e. X9 and X9 Plus officially on 16th November 2016. We already have some details of specifications and images related to these two devices i.e. X9 is expected to come with full metal body and powered by Qualcomm octa-core Snapdragon 653 processor with 4 GB/ 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB storage running Android 6.0 Marshmallow based operating system.
Today, Androidpure spotted real life images of a new device allegedly named as Vivo XPlay 6 which is the successor of XPlay 5 which went official in March 2016. Vivo Xplay 5 sports a 5.43 inch Quad HD display and is powered by Snapdragon 820 and 6 GB RAM.
Check out the alleged images of Xplay 6 which show the device home screen in powered on condition, while the other image show the back of the device. We can see the physical home button at front which may have integrated fingerprint sensor. Back panel image indicates a possible dual camera setup with two camera sensors and LED flash. The Vivo branding is in the middle while the Antenna lines are integrated at the top and bottom.
Vivo XPlay 6 is rumored to feature a curved 2K edge display, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor along with 6 GB of RAM & 128 GB of internal storage running Funtouch OS 3.0. It is backed by a 4000 mAh battery and comes with a built-in Hi-Fi Chip.
As per rumors, this is expected to be launched this month and will be available for sale in December. The company has already planned a launch event on November 16 and may be launched on the same day with Vivo X9, X9 Plus. Stay tuned at Androidpure and we will keep you updated.
