Xiaomi has launched the Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G in India. It is identical to the variant that was released globally.
The phone runs on MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11, and Xiaomi has promised to deliver 3 years of Android OS Updates and 4 years of security updates. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 5G processor clocked at 2.4GHz, with an Adreno 642L GPU. The device has 6GB/8GB of LPDDR4X RAM, with 128GB/256GB of UFS 2.2, storage, and supports up to 1TB of additional storage via a hybrid microSD card slot.
The Mi 11 Lite NE 5G sports a 6.55-inches Full HD+ AMOLED DotDisplay with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, a pixel density of 402 PPI, and a 20:9 Aspect ratio. The display supports 60Hz/90Hz Refresh rate, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, 10-bit color depth, 5,000,000:1 Contrast ratio, sRGB 100%, DCI-P3 Color Gamut, 800 nits brightness, 240Hz Touch sampling rate, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The device has an Arc side-mounted fingerprint reader.
The phone supports several 5G bands including 5G NR: n1/n3/n5/n7/n8/n20/n26/n38/n41/n66/n77/n78. In addition to this, it also works with 4G LTE, NFC, Wi-Fi 4, Wi-Fi 5 and 802.11a/b/g, WiFi Direct, WiFi Display, Bluetooth 5.2 networks, and supports the following location services – GPS: L1+L5GLONASS: G1, Galileo: E1+E5a, Beidou: B1I + B1C+ B2a, QZSS: L1 + L5, NavIC: L5.
The selfie lens on the Mi 11 Lite NE 5G is a 20MP, f/2.24 aperture lens. The triple camera array on the back comprises a 64MP primary lens with an f/1.79 aperture. an 8MP ultra-wide angle camera, with a 119° FOV, an f/2.2 aperture, a 5MP telemacro camera that has an f/2.4 aperture, and an LED Flash. The device is backed by a 4250mAh battery, and charges over a USB Type-C connector that supports 33W fast charging. The handset has dual speakers, but does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack. It weighs 158g and sums up to 160.53 x 75.73 x 6.81mm. Sensors on-board the phone include a Proximity sensor, an Ambient light sensor, an Accelerometer, a Gyroscope, an Electronic compass, a Linear motor and an IR blaster.

Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G price in India
Xiaomi has priced the Mi 11 Lite NE 5G at Rs. 26,999 for the base version with 6GB /128GB, and at Rs. 28,999 for the 8GB/128GB model. The phone will be available from 2nd October across Mi.com, Amazon.in, Mi Home and Mi Studio, and authorised retail partners. The device comes in four color options: Diamond Dazzle, Tuscany Coral, Jazz Blue, and Vinyl Black.
Buyers can avail a cashback worth Rs, 2000, along with a special Diwali offer of Rs. 1500, which makes the phone’s prices effectively Rs. 23,499 for the 6GB/128GB, variant, and Rs. 25,999 for the 8GB/128GB model.
