We are still few days away from the official launch on Xiaomi Mi 5 on February 24. Leaks including official hints from Xiaomi keep coming about the possible configuration of Mi 5. Sometime back, a 3 GB RAM variant of Xiaomi Mi 5 was listed on Geekbench which confirmed the Snapdragon 820 processor, Android 6.0 Marshmallow based OS and 3 GB RAM.
Now another listing at GFXbench shows the 3 GB RAM variant along with some more hardware specifications. Apart from the Snapdragon 820 processor & Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, it also lists a display size of 5.7 inch with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels which is Full HD and not a QHD display.
We are still not sure if it is correct as we expected a QHD display for Xiaomi Mi 5, but it may be possible that the lower variant of Mi 5 (with 3 GB RAM) may come with Full HD resolution and the higher variant comes with a QHD display. The only issue though is how a full HD resolution is possible on 5.7 inch display. The same size Mi Note pro comes with a 5.7-inch 2K Display (2560 x 1440 pixels), so we will wait for the official launch.
The GFXbench listing also lists the GPU as Qualcomm Adreno 530. It also lists all the sensors that are included with the device such as accelerometer, barometer, compass, gyroscope, light, pedometer and proximity sensor.
It also confirm the NFC feature as some of earlier reports suggested.
