Rumor mills for Xiaomi Mi 6 have been consistent in churning out leaks with a recent rumor suggesting that Xiaomi may be using the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor for the standard or lower variant of Xiaomi Mi 6 just as LG G6 and may use Snapdragon 835 for the higher or premium variant. Another rumor indicate possible delay in official launch and may happen in May 2017 only, thanks to Snapdragon 835 availability issues. We have also seen alleged Mi 6 Renders in black and show the flagship device from front & back side.
Today, Xiaomi Mi 6 listing has surfaced on Chinese portal Oppomart along with technical specifications and a price of $299. In our opinion, this is just a dummy listing for Xiaomi Mi 6, as Oppomart is infamous for listing upcoming flagship devices from different brands much ahead of official launch with dummy data using the leaks and rumors around the flagship device.
As per listing, Xiaomi Mi 6 sports a 5.15 inch OLED full HD display and is powered by 2.45GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Processor along with 4 GB / 6 GB LPDDR4 RAM. It comes with 128 GB flash storage and runs on MIUI 8 base on Android. It features a 19 megapixel Sony IMX400 camera sensor and another 8 MP ultrapixel front camera. The listing includes a 3200 mAh battery.
As we said earlier in this post, the technical specification listed on the portal appears to be dummy based on recent leaks / rumors and we need to wait for official launch of Xiaomi Mi 6 or some other more credible leak, to get details about Mi 6.
As with any other leak, take these leaks with a pinch of salt. Stay tuned at Androidpure and we will keep you updated.
