Even though we are still a few days away from the official launch of Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro, there is a sudden rush of leaks surfacing everywhere in China revealing almost everything that you need to know about the device. The latest leak comes in the form of high-resolution HD images of the device along with detailed hardware specifications leaving nothing to chance except the official pricing.

Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro is the upgrade over Redmi 6 launched sometime back. It will be available in 3GB+32GB ROM and 4GB+64GB ROM variants in five color options i.e. Cherry powder, Quicksand Gold, Bali Blue, Black stone and Red Flame. It features a 5.84-inch display having an aspect ratio of 19:9 with a resolution of 2280 x 1080.
The rear panel is made of three-tier design with plastic + metal + plastic with the fingerprint sensor and dual camera module aligned vertically. Under the hood, it runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor and has built-in “Little Love Classmate” AI voice assistant. It runs on MIUI9 and can be upgraded to the latest MIUI 10 through OTA.
The dual camera module consists of 12MP+5MP sensors with the main camera having a pixel size of 1.25μm & PDAF support while the 5MP secondary sensor is for depth of field information with AI artificial intelligence support with the ability of background blur. The front 5MP camera supports an AI portrait mode for single-focus bokeh. It also supports AI Beauty & HDR modes and includes support for facial unlocking. The phone is backed by an inbuilt 4000mAh large-capacity lithium battery.
It comes with 3-card slot design that can support two nano sim cards and one MicroSD card at the same time. The 3.5mm headphone jack is on the top with an infrared module and noise reduction mic.
