Last month, we reported about a leaked Xiaomi Roadmap, which revealed that the Chinese OEM would be launching four new phones this year.
They are the Redmi Note 2, Note 2 Pro, Mi 4s and the Mi 5.
Recently a few Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 images were leaked. As you can see from the images, the phablet has a metal design. The back cover is a metal one, unlike the glossy plastic back cover on its predecessor.
The metal frame seen in the above image of the Redmi Note 2 certainly gives it a premium look.
As per the leaked roadmap, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 will have a 5.5-inch HD Display, and will be powered by a Qualcomm MSM8919 Snapdragon 410 processor, and 2GB RAM. The Redmi Note will feature a 13 megapixel back camera and a 5 megapixel front camera. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 is expected to be launched in mid July.
