Few hours back, we reported that ZUK Edge may launch next week, with first official renders of the device being teased by the ZUK’s CEO and former Lenovo VP Chang Cheng on Weibo. The company is yet to announce a specific date for the launch and we expect that to happen soon. Some time back,Chang Cheng had teased some specifications of ZUK edge flagship device, which later got listed on Antutu Benchmark confirming some of the specifications. The device is already listed on TENAA with all the technical specifications of the device.
Now, we have a new set of alleged real images of ZUK Edge are leaked on Chinese Social network Weibo which shows the device from front, back and sides. We can clearly see the circular camera module along with LED flash and laser focus at the back panel. The back panel is made of glass similar to Asus Zenfone 3 instead of a unimetal body.
At the bottom we can see the USB C type port and a 3.5 mm audio jack along with speaker grill. On the top, there are no ports, but Antenna lines are clearly visible. The front display shows the device in powered off condition with the oblong home button at the bottom. The bezels at the sides are very narrow and is not a curved edge display as rumored before.
As per earlier leaks including TENAA listing, Lenovo ZUK Edge comes with a model number Z2151, with 5.5 inch full HD 1080p display powered by 2.35 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 with Adreno 530 GPU and 6 GB of RAM & 64 GB of internal storage. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat based operating system. In terms of camera, it sports a 13 MP main rear camera and 8 MP front shooter for selfies. It is backed by a battery of 3,000 mAh capacity.
